Environment Protection 2024 award to our VC, Dr Darshan Shankar

Proudly sharing the news of Dr. Darshan Shankar, our Vice-Chancellor conferred the Environment Protection 2024 award from Rotary Club of Madras East and Cavinkare India Pvt Ltd. This recognition celebrates the outstanding work of our organisation under Dr. Shankar's leadership in revitalising India's traditional medical knowledge systems, conserving medicinal plants, a legacy continued at the I-AIM Healthcare Centre and TDU, Bangalore.

TDU is pleased to share that our esteemed Vice-Chancellor Dr Darshan Shankar, received the Environment Protection 2024 award from Rotary Club of Madras East in partnership with Cavinkare India Pvt Ltd. This award recognises the large body of work carried out by the Foundation of Revitalisation of Local Health Traditions (FRLHT) under the leadership of Dr Shankar for the conservation of medicinal plants and India's traditional medical knowledge systems. This tradition is being carried forward at the I-AIM Healthcare Centre, a 100-bed hospital and the Trans-Disciplinary University (TDU), Bangalore.
