Specifications:

Throughput: Operating range should be from 1l/h to30 l/h.

Acceleration range: Expected to reach maximum acceleration of 3300 G.

Length to diameter (L/D): Expected to have a L/D of >3.5.

Differential speed: to 200 rpm.

Scroll gradient: Expected to be approximately 20 mm.

Decanter Drive: Preferable drive design should be with servo motors (2 x approx. 1.6kW), voltage rating 200 to 230 V, frequency 50 to 60 Hz. Fuse at 16 Amp.

Material of Construction of metal contact parts: DIN1.440/316L.

Material of Construction of polymer contact parts (if any): POM.

Material of construction for flat sealing’s & o-rings: FKM

Dimensions of decanter: Decanter should fit on a table.  Expected dimensions in the range of 700x300x500.

Connections: Inlet and outlet connections should be ‘quick connect couplings’.

Operation & Control: Operation and control through a LCD touch screen is preferred.

Control Unit: Decanter should come with a control unit.

Documentation: Documentation in English should beavailable.

Accessories: Peristaltic pump (Masterflex L/S)precision pump system with Easy-load II head for feeding decanter.  Masterflex tubing (silicone – platinum) L/S36, platinum hardened, 25 ft length.

Packaging & Shipping (to Bangalore): Packaging& shipping to Bangalore is required.

Installation: Installation of the decanter should be done by the vendor.

Training: Training (if provided) amount should be given in the quotation.

The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:

1)     Technical Bid: Include all technical details, specifications, and relevant documentation.

2)    Financial Bid: Submit detailed pricing information.

Submission Instructions:

1.     Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid."

2. Both envelopes should be placed in a larger envelope marked with the equipment name and tender reference number.

Submission Deadline:

All bids must be submitted by 10^th  July  2025 at 5:30pm.

Late Submissions will not be considered.
