The course targets to teach the trending technology of functional genomics, the data analysis using Bioinformatic tools which provides insights into the platforms used for next generation sequencing technologies and the operating systems, programming languages needed for the big data analysis. The course targets to make the student understands the raw data and tries to be independent in handling the data obtained through NGS technologies
Bioinformatics for NGS Data Analysis

This 3-credit course offers an in-depth introduction to NGS data analysis, combining 20 hours of theory with 40 hours of practical sessions.
Participants will gain exposure to essential bioinformatics tools, workflows, and analytical techniques used in genomics and life sciences research.
