About the Workshop
Medicinal plants play a vital role in traditional and modern healthcare systems. With increasing global demand for herbal products, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of medicinal plant materials has become critically important. Variability in plant sources, improper harvesting techniques, contamination, and lack of standardization can significantly affect the therapeutic value of herbal products.
This workshop aims to address these challenges by providing participants with essential knowledge and practical insights into quality control and quality assurance practices in the medicinal plant sector.
