Forage: Pick seasonal wild edible aromatics, colouring and flavouring plants, such as Butterfly peas, Sweet flag, Indian sarsaparilla, Brahmi, Colocasia leaves, Turmeric leaves, etc.


Hands-On Baking:
Prepare baked goods using foraged, seasonal, and local ingredients at the TDU scientific kitchen.


Learn Fundamental Techniques:
Basic principles of baking and fusion baking.
