Coexistence Mela

Coexistence Mela

Nov 22, 2025

Nov 22, 2025

📅 November 22 - 23, 2025

📍 Bangalore International Centre, Domlur

A major milestone for our Coexistence Fellowship Programme, this event will showcase the work and the vision of this unique Programme. It brings together the indigenous communities our Coexistence Fellows work with, folk artists, and filmmakers to showcase the nuanced ways in which people relate with nature. Through a combination of performances, film screenings and exhibits, it hopes to bring these rarely heard stories and themes from all over India to a common platform, with the hope that through this joint celebration of our diverse and unique relationships with nature, we can reconnect to our roots and continue to co-adapt and co-evolve with our non-human cohabitants.

What is the Coexistence Mela?

A celebration of our diverse and unique relationships with nature.

Together with young people from our Coexistence Fellowship Programme, the indigenous communities they work with, plus folk artists, and filmmakers, this Mela brings rarely heard stories of coexistence from all over India to a common platform.

Immerse yourself in two days of stories, creativity, and community!
