I am a Clinical Dietitian with four years of experience, holding a Bachelor's in Nutrition & Dietetics from Mount Carmel College. I was awarded a Gold Medal in Clinical Nutrition from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, recognizing my academic excellence and dedication to the field.Currently, I serve as a Program Instructor for the Ayurveda Dietetics Program at TDU, where I actively contribute to integrating traditional food concepts with modern dietetics. My work extends to TDU and I-AIM Hospital, Bengaluru, fostering a holistic approach to nutrition.Previously, I worked as a Dietitian at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and as a Research Assistant at St. John’s Research Institute, Bengaluru, specializing in managing conditions like diabetes, cancer, and metabolic disorders.My passion lies in merging traditional food wisdom with modern nutrition science, emphasizing research, patient care, and mentoring future health professionals.
