Dr. Pasha holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) on Assessment of Conservation Status In Kachchh Biosphere Reserve, Gujarat, India using Remote Sensing and GIS in Environmental Sciences through the National Remote Sensing Centre – Indian Space Research Organisation (NRSC–ISRO), Hyderabad, with Andhra University. With over 12 years of experience, Dr. Pasha specializes in remote sensing and GIS applications for ecology, biodiversity, biomass, carbon stock estimation, and environmental modeling. He has contributed to 12+ national-level projects across premier institutions including NRSC-ISRO, NIAS, and IIT Kharagpur. His research has resulted in 40+ international publications and over 940 citations. He has conducted extensive fieldwork across diverse Indian ecosystems and actively mentors young researchers, having guided over 35 interns in geospatial analytics. Dr. Pasha is affiliated with GFBI, Science-I, and ISG, and has represented India at the 8th BRICS Young Scientist Conclave. His work has earned multiple awards and commendations nationwide.
