I hold a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Sri Kalabyraveshwara Swamy Ayurvedic Medical College, Bengaluru and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from School of Public Health, JSS Medical College, Mysuru. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in both traditional and modern healthcare approaches. I have a keen interest in Ayurveda, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), public health nutrition, mental health, and epidemiology.
