Dr. Shaily Agarwal BAMS, MD (Ayu), PGDND, Postdoctoral Fellow (CCRAS) I am Dr. Shaily Agarwal, an Ayurvedic physician with a passion for preventive and community health, especially in the urban sector. As a Postdoctoral Fellow under CCRAS, my research focuses on integrating Ayurvedic principles with modern scientific evidence to promote holistic well-being. I specialize in dietetics, lifestyle modifications, and chronic disease prevention, guiding individuals toward sustainable health practices. I am the author of TATTVA – Eat and Live, where I share insights on Ayurveda-based nutrition and balanced living. My vision is to make Ayurveda a key component of preventive healthcare by offering personalized, practical, and evidence-based solutions for urban communities.

With a robust background as an Ayurvedic Physician and a published author, I am dedicated to advancing the field of preventive health and holistic wellness.
