In his research endeavours, Arvind draws on over a decade of research specializing in computational neuroscience and visual processing, as a doctoral researcher in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania Department of Psychology, besides stints in the IT industry and as a Scientific Writer of Clinical Evaluation Reports for medical devices.
As a speaker and writer on diverse topics in Indian Knowledge Systems, Arvind has presented work spanning contemporary and classical disciplines in platforms such as Indic Academy and the National Academy of Psychology. His abiding personal interests include Indian languages, appreciation of classical performing arts, and contemplative practices.
