Every year on July 1st, India observes National Doctors' Day to pay tribute to the unwavering service, compassion, and commitment of doctors across the country.
Growing up in a culturally diverse environment, I developed a strong interest in food and health from an early age. This curiosity naturally led me to explore the interdisciplinary connections between food, the planet, and human well-being. After completing my undergraduate studies in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Human Development, I recognized food technology as an exciting field to expand my knowledge further. At TDU, I am grateful for the opportunity to delve into cutting-edge technologies and systems, working on innovative solutions to address real-world challenges.
