Specification for Installation of Drip Irrigation
The scope includes the supply and installation of the following:
- HDPE pipes, PVC pipes, and related materials for drip lines
- Fittings and valves
- Double-layered water storage tanks
- Identification markers for the irrigation pipeline and fittings
- Lateral line markers
- Valve position markers
- Dripper zone markers
Detailed specifications for drip irrigation materials
Additional Requirements
The installation work must strictly adhere to the safety protocols outlined in the Pimpri Lakehouse Eco-Restoration Safety Guidelines
Tender Submission:
The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:
1) Technical Bid: Include all technical details, specifications, and relevant documentation.
2) Financial Bid: Submit detailed pricing information.
Submission Instructions:
1. Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid"
2. Both envelopes should be placed in a larger envelope marked with the equipment name and tender reference number.
Submission Deadline:
All bids must be submitted by 15th July 2025 at 12:00 AM. Late submissions will not be considered.
