Tender Submission:

The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:

1) Technical Bid: Include company profile, relevant civil construction experience, technical specifications, drawings (if any), methodology, and supporting documents.

2) Financial Bid: Submit detailed cost estimates including material, labour, transportation, taxes, and any other applicable charges

Submission Instructions:

1) Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as:

· “Technical Bid”

· “Financial Bid”

2) Both envelopes should be placed in a larger sealed envelope clearly mentioning:

· Tender Title

· Tender Reference Number

Submission Deadline:

1.     All bids must be submitted by 23rd  March 2026 at 04:00 PM

2.     Late submissions will not be considered.
