Tender Submission:

The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:

1) Technical Bid: Include all technical details, specifications, and relevant documentation.

2) Financial Bid: Submit detailed pricing information.

Submission Instructions:

1) Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid."

2) Both envelopes should be placed in a larger envelope marked with the equipment name and tender reference number.

Submission Deadline:

1.     All bids must be submitted by 23rd March 2026 at 04:00 PM

2.     Late submissions will not be considered.

7) Latest 3 contact details of the customers who purchased the product from the vendor and with their review on the products.
