If yes, the Certificate Programme in Museology (CP-MU) offered by Trans-Disciplinary University (TDU) is designed for you

Course Fees: Rs. 20,000 (including Admission fee of Rs. 1000 and 18% GST)
Who can apply?
Essential Qualification: Successful completion of graduation from a recognised University in India or abroad.
Desirable: Work experience in a museum, gallery, archive, or related cultural institution.
Course Duration
Programme Duration: 2 Months
Total Hours: 60 Hours (4 Credits)
Class Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays
Daily Duration: 3.45 Hours per day

Museology course involves theory of museum functions such as Collection, Conservation, Exhibition, Education, Public service and its related activities such as Documentation, Research, Publication, Governance, Outreach etc. Hence, new CPMU students may find the Programme useful to get into such jobs. The students learn Stories and case studies from direct on-ground execution phases. The course comprises of a collective of curators from different disciplines who will not just teach but share practical knowledge. The course will enable curatorial problem solving skills. It will enhance the digital and technological skills that museum professionals use to make their professional life easier. Finally, this course is a collaborative effort of multiple disciplines coming together to create, run, and sustain museum
