Shukla R is a Master of Public Health graduate from M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre. She has experience in public health research, community mobilization, field coordination, and implementation-based healthcare projects. Her dissertation focused on perceived stress among nurses in a tertiary healthcare center, emphasizing occupational health and healthcare worker well-being. She has worked in community-based projects involving anemia screening, health education, road safety initiatives, and implementation research activities. Previously, she worked as Mobilizer cum Trainer under the MBRDI Project at Synergie Institute of Trade and Commerce. Currently, she is working as a Junior Research Fellow at The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology under the RIST Project. Her interests include health systems strengthening, qualitative research, community health, and health equity.
