Vinay is an engineer turned educationist with over 12 years of experience in operations, content management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) within the education and vocational training sectors. Starting his career in electrical engineering, he transitioned into education technology and project management, contributing to diverse organizations by designing assessments, managing academic operations, and developing digital solutions.
A strategic and impact-driven leader, Vinay has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including end-to-end ERP and HRMS implementations that streamlined operations and enhanced institutional efficiency. He has spearheaded global training strategies, managed digital learning ecosystems, and driven CSR and Impact Programmes focused on community development and youth skilling. Known for his collaborative leadership and results-oriented approach, Vinay champions innovation, technology adoption, and process excellence to deliver sustainable impact and strengthen institutional capabilities in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
