Dr. Nidhi Choudhary is a yoga consultant and researcher specializing in PCOS, antenatal care, infertility, and menopause for over 15 years.
Dr. Nidhi Choudhary is a yoga consultant and researcher specializing in PCOS, antenatal care, infertility, and menopause for over 15 years. She holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Yoga, with her doctoral work—funded by the Ministry of AYUSH—leading to the first estimation of PCOS in India and a pioneering study on yoga’s efficacy for PCOS. She has co-authored 15+ research papers in peer-reviewed journals, including studies on glucose metabolism in adolescents with PCOS and yoga for obesity. Dr. Nidhi has presented at global conferences, served on editorial boards, and completed integrative medicine training at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She has mentored scholars at SVYASA Yoga University and led workshops in the USA, Singapore, and Japan. Instrumental in India’s first International Yoga Day, she contributed to the yoga certification curriculum. A lifelong practitioner, she studied at the Iyengar School under Padma Vibhushan B.K.S. Iyengar in Rishikesh.
