Dr. Mithal R. Jain has been interested in research since her postgraduate studies. She actively and passionately completed her PG thesis on Hridroga and also carried out an external, university-sanctioned JSSMVP PG research project on the effect of Shivalingi beeja on AMH levels
Dr. Mithal R. Jain completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at JSS Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Mysore, and has been practicing as a Vaidya alongside her postgraduate education
