Dr. H. Ravishankar Kamath is a senior academic leader with over 35 years of experience in higher education, combining academic excellence with strong administrative and governance capabilities. He has served in key leadership roles such as Registrar, Group Registrar, Dean, Director/Principal, and Professor at reputed universities across India.
He has made significant contributions to university accreditation and quality assurance, playing a central role in achieving NAAC A+ and B++ accreditations, NBA processes, and NIRF rankings. Dr. Kamath has also actively led the implementation of NEP 2020 and digital transformation initiatives in university administration.
A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Dr. Kamath is an accomplished researcher with more than 65 publications and extensive experience in guiding doctoral scholars. His research interests include renewable energy, smart grids, IoT, and AI applications in power systems. He is widely respected for his strategic vision, institution-building efforts, and commitment to academic and research excellence.

A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, he has supervised eight doctoral scholars and published more than 65 research papers in national and international journals and conferences, with research interests in renewable energy systems, smart grids, IoT, and AI applications in power systems.
