Dr. Ananthakrishnan is a chemist with a PhD in nano-chemistry and currently specializing in food science and protein separation. His current work focuses on dry fractionation and studying protein distribution in dal fractions. He has experience in chemical synthesis, analyses, analytical techniques such as UV-Vis spectrophotometry, FTIR, Magnetic circular dichroism spectroscopy, Xray diffraction, particle size analysis etc.
