Dikshya is a passionate individual who like to work along people, animals and the environment, currently exploring aspect of co-existence through the Nature-Culture Fellowship and grassroots work with communities.
Dikshya is from Assam. She has done post-graduation in social work and had some experience in the past few years as program associate, project executive, social media & documentation associate in the previous organization. Her interest lies in community-driven initiatives like waste management, having led zero-waste efforts at events like the Majuli Music Festival through volunteer coordination and segregation. Currently, She is exploring human-nature co-existence in her role, facilitating programs like the Nature-Culture Fellowship.
