My interests have been to work in the field of plant sciences. I have completed my master's in botany from Bangalore University and am pursuing my part-time PhD from TDU. I am working as a research associate at the Department of Climate Change, Environmental Management and Policy Research Institute (EMPRI), Bangalore. One of the objectives in the part-time PhD programme is an extension of work involved in EMPRI. I wish and hope that completion of my PhD programme would provide better opportunities to work in the exciting field of plant sciences and climate change.
