My curiosity drives me to explore India’s diverse and often forgotten wild fruits, understanding their nutritional value and potential role in sustainable food systems. I am deeply interested in bridging the gap between traditional wisdom and modern food science to create innovative, health-focused solutions. Alongside my academic journey, I find joy in painting and drawing, using colors and visual storytelling to express creativity.
