In fond remembrance of Shri. Ratan Tata - A True Jewel
Oct 10, 2024
We, at TDU are deeply saddened by the passing ,of Shri Ratan Tata, the much loved son of India, a name very true to its meaning.
With deep gratitude,we remember the tremendous support from TATA group facilitated by Shri Ratan Tata to our organisations at various stages, helping us grow multifacetedly. His belief in our mission and his support has been invaluable. The Tata Trusts funding of the year 2002 came at a critical stage of our growth and has helped us set our feet firm in the field of Indian Systems of Medicine.
He also funded the inception of Institute of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, our 100 bedded Integrative Medicine Hospital and graced us by inaugurating it too..
The TATA trusts under his leadership has also helped us in strengthening our community outreach through the COPPER Project in the year 2015 to 2018.
His passing is a personal loss to us an organisation, but his legacy, kindness and spirit will continue to guide Us. Our deep condolences to his family and loved ones. Rest in Peace, Shri Ratan Tata, OM SHANTI.
