Oct 31, 2025
At TDU, we believe that collaboration across cultures and disciplines is key to advancing the frontiers of health and life sciences.

On October 28, 2025, The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology (TDU) hosted a delegation of scientists and students from the ILIADE Consortium - a part of the Franco-Indian Campus (FIC) in Life Sciences for Health.

The ILIADE Consortium brings together premier higher education institutions from France and India to foster academic exchange and joint research. The French partners include the University of La Réunion (French Réunion Islands), Claude Bernard University - Lyon 1, Lumière University - Lyon 2, and the University of Poitiers. Indian partners include the National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS), Bengaluru; Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore; CSIR–Central Institute for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP), Lucknow; and Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry.

The visit enabled rich interactions and discussions on collaborative innovation, education, and research in life sciences for health.
