Environment Day Celebration at TDU – 5th June 2026

The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology (TDU) successfully celebrated World Environment Day on 5th June 2026 at its campus. The event was organized to promote environmental awareness and reinforce the University's commitment to sustainability, climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and eco-friendly practices.

As part of the celebration, TDU proudly reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a plastic-free campus and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility among students, faculty, and staff.

A tree-planting ceremony was conducted on the campus in the presence of the Registrar, faculty members, staff, and students. Several saplings were planted as a symbol of TDU's ongoing efforts towards campus greening, ecological restoration, and biodiversity conservation. The initiative reflected the University's dedication to creating a greener and healthier environment for future generations.

The celebration also served as an opportunity to encourage the TDU community to actively participate in environmental protection initiatives and contribute towards building a sustainable society. Participants enthusiastically joined the activities and expressed their commitment to supporting environmental conservation efforts both on and off campus.
