About the Course
The course requires earning 60 credits as mandated by the UGC, and consists of 60% credits for vocational education of which the major portion is On-Job-Training (OJT).
During the OJT of 24 credits spanning well over 600 hours spread over 20 weeks or so per semester, students get hands-on training with senior therapists and learn various panchakarma therapies and also prepare medicine that are required for panchakarma procedures. They will also get to know about the use of all related equipment.Ā
On completion of the course the student will be well equipped to join panchakarma clinics/ Ayurveda hospitals, and Spa and Wellness Centres.
This program also offer the option of upgrading to a B.Voc. program in Ayurveda Nursing.

This is a unique blended program of hands-on practices & well-balanced theory sessions, spread for the duration of 1 year with diploma certificate, with upgradable option to Bachelor program on Ayurveda nursing. The course will cover topics such as Fundamentals of Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Dravyaguna (Medicinal Plants), Bhaishjyakalpana (Preparation of Medicine), Foundations of Nursing, etc
