We’re Hiring: Programme Administrator, Coexistence Champions Programme

The Coexistence Champions Programme, part of the Coexistence Studies Group at TDU is a new initiative to support individuals working at the frontlines of human–nature coexistence across India.

We're looking for a highly organized team player to manage the programme’s day-to-day operations. This includes coordination with the field-based consultants (the Champions),drawing up and executing contracts, managing reporting systems, financial management, accounting, project, programme and financial reports and event logistics. This is a full-time, Bengaluru-based consultant position.

  • Location : Bengaluru (in-person role with occasional travel if needed)
  • Commitment : Full-time (5 days or 40 hours/week)
  • Consultancy Fee : INR 45,000 to 55,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Note: The Coexistence Studies Group at TDU and the Coexistence Consortium have multiple ongoing efforts. The Coexistence Champions programme joins the already established Coexistence Fellowship programme and other communications and engagement pipelines.
