The Coexistence Champions Programme of the Coexistence Studies Group at TDU, is a new initiative to support work at the frontlines of human–wildlife coexistence across India. We’re looking for two thoughtful, motivated and collegial individuals to join our team.
We're seeking a strategic thinker with experience in programme design, cohort-based support, and systems building. This is a part-time, consultant role that will work closely with the leadership group to shape the direction and frameworks of the programme.
● Location : Remote (India-based preferred) or Bengaluru-based.
● Commitment : 3 days or 24 hours/week.
● Consultancy Fee : INR 45,000 to 70,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
We're looking for a highly organized team player to manage the programme’s day-to-day operations. This includes coordination with the field-based consultants, drawing up and executing contracts, managing reporting systems, financial management, accounting, project, programme and financial reports and event logistics. This is a full-time, Bengaluru-based consultant position.
● Location : Bengaluru (in-person role with occasional travel if needed).
● Commitment : Full-time (5 days or 40 hours/week).
● Consultancy Fee : INR 40,000 to 55,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
