Job Summary
JOB role is to Facilitate job and internship opportunities for students completing the Panchakarma training program by establishing relationships with the wellness centres, Ayurveda clinics & hospitals.
Promote the Panchakarma training program and its placement success through outreach, marketing, and public relations efforts.

Job Specification
Qualification
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree
Experience
Minimum 2 years of project administration / teaching experience working in reputed Ayurvedic/ panchakarma institutions
Skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in networking, industry relations, and facilitating student placements is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including academic program management and career placement activities.
Knowledge of Panchakarma and Ayurveda treatments, with an understanding of industry trends.
Good communication skill
Knowledge in computer application
Multi language interactions
Able to speak Hindi fluently
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with Ayurvedic clinics, hospitals, wellness centres, and related industries for internship and job placement opportunities.
Organize career development workshops, mock interviews, and resume-writing sessions tailored to students of the Panchakarma training program.
Conduct career counselling cum campus placements
Track & follow up with the employers to gather the placement documents & generate placement reports
Develop strategies to promote the program
