We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Ayuraahara Research Fellow to join our team at Scientific Kitchen at TDU Bangalore! This is a role for candidates with education in culinary arts and food production and will benefit tremendously from individuals with education and experience in Ayurveda medicine.
As the Ayuraahara Research Fellow, you will play a vital role in developing recipes, menus and meals which are nutritious, flavourful and innovative.
At TDU, we have created an extensive database of Ayurahaara recipes sourced from classical Ayurvedic texts. We are now inviting a research fellow to join our team of Ayurveda, nutrition, and food science experts to explore the principles behind these classical recipes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research, combining Ayurveda, nutrition, and food science to develop new rules and principles that can significantly impact individual and societal health.

Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food Production or Ayurvedic Practices or Life Sciences with an interest in food, nutrition and culinary arts. From a reputed BAMS or Hospitality Management institution.
Experience
Prior experience in a professional kitchen environment will be helpful.
Knowledge of Ayurvedic dietary principles and food therapy.
Practical experience in integrating Ayurvedic nutritional guidelines with modern culinary techniques.
