Tender Submission:

The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:

1) Technical Bid: Include all technical details, specifications, and relevant documentation.

2) Financial Bid: Submit detailed pricing information.

Submission Instructions:

1) Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid."

2) Both envelopes should be placed in a larger sealed envelope clearly mentioning : Tender Title & Tender Reference Number

Submission Deadline:

1. All bids must be submitted by 8th November 2026 at 04:00 PM

2. Late submissions will not be considered.

1) Scanned copy of Firm's Registration under Shops and Establishment Act

2) PAN Card Copy

3) GST Registration Certificate

4) Aadhaar Card Copy (incase of individual)

5) Bank Details of the Firm

6) Last 3 years Audit Statement of the company

7) Latest 3 contact details of the customers who purchased the product from the vendor and with their review on the products.
