Qualification

Master degree in the area of food science and technology/food technology/food engineering and close allied discipline with good communication skills

Experience

Candidates with experimental or hands on work experience at laboratory or pilot scale.

• Ability to think logically and critically from a science perspective

• Good literature search capabilities

• Experimental design

• Report writing

• Delivering with others

‍Job Responsibilities

Executing design of experiments at lab and pilot scale; recording data, data analysis, writing weekly reports, writing manuscripts and publication.

Project Duration

1-year (can be extended based on funding)

Proposed fellowship

35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

• The position is purely on contractual basis
