Job Summary
We invite applications for the position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) to support ongoing and upcoming research projects within our institution. The SRF will lead data collection, manage project activities, contribute to study design, conduct analysis, and support manuscript preparation. The role requires strong research capabilities and effective communication skills.
Candidates with experience in interdisciplinary, clinical, public health, or Ayurvedic medicine research will be preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of research experience desirable
Skills
Strong understanding of research methodologies, study design, and scientific writing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and meet project targets.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute to study design, protocol development, and ethics submissions.
Conduct literature reviews, data collection, data management, and statistical analysis.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and research manuscripts for publication.
Project Duration
1 year
Proposed fellowship/ salary/ consultancy
Rs. 53000/- per month
