Designing meals for clinical studies.
Sourcing ingredients to develop foods & meals with defined specifications & nutritional profiles.
Cooking meals to defined specifications & nutritional profile for delivery to subjects enrolled in clinical studies.

Job Specification
Qualification
MSc Nutrition Science, BAMS, MSc in a Life Science area, Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution like IHM preferred with interest and knowledge of designing healthy foods, nutritional claims, & designing meals for clinical studies
Experience
Developing health foods, functional claims, designing healthy meals
Skills
New product development in foods
Functional food development
Designing healthy meals
Writing nutritional labels and claims
Culinary skills to cook fresh meals to defined specifications for delivering to clinical subjects
Ability to work in a research and development environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Job Responsibilities
Designing meals for clinical studies
Cooking meals to defined specifications for delivering to subjects enrolled in clinical studies
Ensuring timely delivery of meals to subjects
Documentation and maintaining records of meals delivered and consumed. By subjects
Assist in the development and testing of recipes
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
Project Duration
18 Months
