Masters in chemistry from University of Siena, Italy. Trained in synthesis, nanosynthesis, analytical techniques and intrigued by biochemistry and food chemistry. Food engineering is another aspect of interest. Fascinated by the Trans Disciplinary nature of the scientific truth.
Working as a Post doctoral researcher and consultant under Dr Gurmeet Singh. Focused on protein extraction and development of foods with least environmental impact, without compromising nutritional value. Ready to explore new fields and novel technologies.
