Specifications for Cohort Management Software /Platform for HASP Study:

The HASP (Heart Attack and Stroke Predictability) project requires an online platform to collect, safely store, analyze the data from “study participants” over a period of 10 or more years. The platform should have to be a tailor made one to suit the requirements of different “datasets”

Tender Submission:

The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:

1) Technical Bid: Include all technical details, specifications, and relevant documentation.

2) Financial Bid: Submit detailed pricing information.

Submission Instructions:

1) Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid."

2) Both envelopes should be placed in a larger envelope marked with the equipment name and tender reference number.

Submission Deadline:

All bids must be submitted by 26th April 2024, 5:30pm. Late submissions will not be considered.
