Project Title: Systems Biology approach to delineate molecular signatures of Prakriti in healthy humans

Project Duration: 5 months, till September 2024

Job Summary: 

The JRF will be working on Clinical Research on Urine exosome Biomarker isolation and proteomic analysis using mass spectrometry from clinical samples  

Qualification:

MSc Life Sciences / Chemistry / Biochemistry and B.E Biotechnology with minimum 55% marks

Experience: 

• 0-2 years

Skills: 

• Should know basic molecular biology laboratory skills

• Hands-on experience in SDS- PAGE

• Knowledge of conducting procedures like western blotting, Elisa, and Data analysis from LC-MS

• Knowledge of data documentation and analysis from clinical data.

  
  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Quality check for samples

  Ensure sample analysis as per the SOP

• To assist the PI and Co-I with any other requirements related to the project.

• To assist with data documentation and analysis.

• Conduct sample analysis and observation recording as per the SOP
