Graduate/Post Graduate

Job Summary:

To single handedly manage the  operations (student life cycle) and  client servicing for 3 Domains  related to Vocation Education  Programs of the Vocational  Education Cell at TDU

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Client  Relationships/Key Account Management

• Ability to work within deadlines & under pressure

• Efficient computer application skills (good  expertise with MS office, Outlook, etc.) 

  
  

• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in  English as well as Kannada

• Interpersonal and  coordination skills

Job Responsibilities:

• To build and manage cordial relations with the  existing client accounts 

  
  

• To manage smooth operation of the assigned  industry verticals 

  
  

• To act as a mediator between the institute and the  client account by ensuring flow of communication,  implementation of policies and procedures etc. 

  
  

• To resolve queries or conflicts amicably

• To conduct partner site visit for audits 

  
  

• To conduct client site visit as part of client  relationship management 

  
  

• Carry out other duties as required from time to  time
