Sealed quotations are invited for the following equipment for TDU.

Last Date for Receiving Sealed Quotations: 16th December 2023, 3PM IST

Please ensure that the quotation envelopes are tightly sealed, and the quotation number and title as above are written clearly on the front of the envelope.

Specifications for -80C Deep Freezer:

1) Capacity: 500L to 650 L

2) Compartments: Four Minimum

3) Stabilizer: Must

4) Storage Racks: Must

5) Warranty: 3 Years (Desirable)

Tender Submission:

The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:

1) Technical Bid: Include all technical details, specifications, and relevant documentation.

2) Financial Bid: Submit detailed pricing information.

Submission Instructions:

1) Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid."

2) Both envelopes should be placed in a larger envelope marked with the equipment name and tender reference number.

Submission Deadline:

All bids must be submitted by 16-Dec-2023 at 3pm. Late submissions will not be considered.
