At this yearās Smart Protein Forum, we invited students to rethink breakfast. We know breakfast is key to fueling our day and typical plant-based Indian breakfasts may not supply theĀ ~11-17 grams to kick start muscle growth, brain power, and keep hunger in check. Busy mornings and carb-heavy options often get in the way.
So, we asked students to create a #SmartBreakfast hack thatās:
Convenient: Quick and easy to make.
Tasty: Sweet or savory.
Protein-packed: 13-17g per serving.
Affordable: Using everyday ingredients.
Sustainable: Featuring smart proteins.
The Submissions and Winners
Out of 30 entriesāwith 22 in product development, 5 in process development, and 3 in creative SciCommāthe competition was intense. However, after careful deliberation, the judges awarded winners only in the Product DevelopmentĀ category, as the other submissions didnāt quite meet the mark.
