Tender Submission:

The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:

1.      Technical Bid: Include all technical details, specifications, and relevant documentation.

2.      Financial Bid: Submit detailed pricing information.

Submission Instructions:

1.      Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly

             marked as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid."

2.      Both envelopes should be placed in a larger envelope marked with

              the equipment name and tender reference number.

Submission Deadline:

All bids must be submitted by 24th November at 04:00 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.

2.      PAN Card Copy

3.      GST Registration Certificate

4.      Aadhaar Card Copy (in case of individual)

5.      Bank Details of the Firm

6.      Last 3 years Audit Statement of the company.

7.     Latest 3 contact details of the customers who purchased the product from the vendor and with their review on the products.
