Tender Submission:


The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:

1.      Technical Bid: Include all technical details, specifications, and relevant documentation.

2.      Financial Bid: Submit detailed pricing information.

 

Submission Instructions:

1.      Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly

             marked as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid."

2.      Both envelopes should be placed in a larger envelope marked with

              the equipment name and tender reference number.

 

Submission Deadline:

All bids must be submitted by 17th November 2025 at 5:30pm. Late submissions will not be considered.
